New fusion

I had a mushroom + tofu rage the other night...


Stir fry firm tofu, mushrooms, dried chilis, onions, garlic, some light soy sauce...


Steaming hot protein-packed vegetable goodness!!

And after... some nice greens to go along with the mushrooms/tofu....


Here was an experimental brunch on Saturday, inspired by my "Caprese" sandwich from Friday's lunch (which had mozzarella, pesto, tomato, lettuce):


Whole wheat English muffin, pesto spread, onion-garlic egg...
NOW THIS IS MY IDEAL EGG-WICH!!!!


Yum, yum yum.

I think back to the days when I hated coking...

WHAT WAS I THINKING!?!?

And who knew I would become such the cook-a-holic...!?
